It's simple to use, it has all of my documents uploaded so I don't have any problems there at least not yet! The customer service is great as well!! They are always willing to help me out when needed or if they see something that needs fixed/updated etc.. I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service support when you need help or have questions about your account/settings etc., as well its free! I like that it is easy to use, simple interface makes signing documents very user friendly! It could be easier when you are trying to sign multiple pages at once as there can sometimes get confused by which page of what document they want signed first or last etc.. Easy enough solution though but just something we noticed during our trial period was not so great. We have been using this product now since August 2018 - no complaints from us yet!!
