Product serves its purpose. However, it must be used cautiously, almost at a deliberately slow pace. At the slightest increase in pitch, the "buttons" come out and the springs below fly out. If you can find them again, they will easily reunite. They are made for slow therapeutic walking or brief standing, not for causal household wear and tear.
