I like how you can easily add new projects or clients to your account. The support team always responds quickly. There are some updates they have made recently which make it difficult to navigate sometimes. For example, when adding a project, we cannot just click "add" then select the client from our list of clients without having to go through an approval process. We have used Isolated in our client's branding project at least 2 times now - both projects were excellent! They are very professional with their work but also provide great communication throughout all stages of each job they do (from research to implementation). I don't think there was anything from my end we didn’t like about working together.
