Enhance Water Quality with iSpring FD15 DeIonization Filter for Aquariums Review

Delivered on time. The courier fell on the hard ground, the delivered item broke badly. Contacted Revain for a replacement... Perfect item delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. I love RO and DI water (reverse osmosis and deionized water). I think I'll add a UV sterilizer.

iSpring is a great company and they love their customer service. I have a device that is about 9 months old but is used quite heavily. I had an issue with bad smelling water and after replacing this FD15 the water was great again. Went from 8PPM to 0PPM.

Great product, have been using it for 2 years. I added DI to my existing 5-stop filter with no problem. This product is delivered without accessories. I emailed Isprings customer service and they sent me the fittings and hoses within a few days. Great product and great customer service. Highly recommended

I read the reviews and I kinda knew what to expect with the media that came with it. After plugging it in, he lowered my TDS from 7 parts per million (RO) to 3 parts per million. Not a big improvement. but I have a package with a DI environment that I also bought and will be replacing soon. However, I am disappointed that connectors to connect to 1/4" hoses were not included in the kit. Had to purchase them separately so I could connect them.

I used this FD15 DI filter as the 6th stage of my RO100 5 stage system (also from iSpring). It produces RODI water with GPD as advertised and at 0ppm TDS. It would produce over 100 gallons of RODI water within 3 weeks. I've started noticing a slight increase in TDS in recent production of RODI water. Specifications are 10" x 2.5" x 2.5". The product I received is 2.5" in diameter at the lid and only 2.0" at the body. I bought this one and not the others that come with color changing media, thinking it was 2.5" and would fit my existing clamps. So not only is it more expensive than competing products, I still have to buy clips. If you already have clips of the right size, it's probably decent value for money. Previously works great at 0ppm. Connected to the output of the reverse osmosis system. It's been like this for a few weeks and I don't see much of a change in color. But I haven't tried replacing the resin yet. There were no fittings in the kit, which is annoying, but luckily I had fittings from another DI filter that didn't work.
