The device arrived well before the promised date. Although well packaged, the inlet fitting on the first filter housing broke, probably because the box looked like it had fallen on its side. This item installs like royalty if you have a dispenser and a deep sink. It took me "only" over 3 hours. And I'm a very good handyman. Fair warning here - check out the installation guide on YouTube for this particular model. Instructions are not for one with UV light. UV light guidance is something else entirely.
