These are beautiful brushes and appear to be of high quality. And the event that accompanies it is fantastic. My problem is that the brushes are so soft that they don't blend or apply makeup properly. The bristles need to be a little stiffer and/or shorter to properly handle makeup. It's a shame as they are of very good quality.

This set presents no difficulties. I'm not a brush specialist and I don't usually buy insanely expensive brushes. I've bought brands like Sephora, ELF, and Kat Von D. They're at least as good. They withstand polishing without crumbling and wash perfectly with regular bar soap. I towel dry them vigorously before letting them air dry and have no complaints. Purchased recently and they work like a charm. I'm new to using makeup and these brushes are very soft and easy to blend. I would suggest washing them before use although they seem to smell a bit.
