At first glance, you don't see that the covers are made of plastic. I'm in an apartment and wanted lights to highlight my movie posters in my stairwell. These look perfect! Also, I used command strips to attach them to the wall so there were no nail holes!

This is great! Bought six. You are looking very beautiful. My only complaint is that I wish they had more colors like some of the others, but that's a minor complaint. I love how the remotes work for everyone so you can spread them around the room so they're always where you need them.

I would really like this to work for me but I was trying to create light in a dark office with no overhead light. My plan was to place them along the two main walls to create a path of light to the ceiling. Unfortunately, the light was too warm and didn't give enough brightness. I had to return it.

We didn't want to add a wall light to our media room, but we still wanted to provide lighting. These lamps are worth every penny. The remote control works perfectly for them and sets the right mood! They were very easy to install and we bought several of them. The only downside is that they also respond to the volume up button on some other remotes. So when we press the volume up button, the lights change color, but overall it's worth it!

It's great in theory. Not much, really. The motion sensor doesn't work and I have to remove and reinsert the batteries to turn it on every time. They turn themselves off after a few hours, and again you have to remove and reinsert the batteries. They are very beautiful and give just the amount of light I need. I used stained glass paint on the lenses to create a salt lamp look for my treatment room. I probably wouldn't order them again just because of the high service rate.

The lamp is definitely not indoor/outdoor as stated in the description - the cover snaps in two points at the top which doesn't fix it well (was blown off the first time, when we had the slightest wind). It's not very bright either, so using it as the main light source is almost useless, it's only good for decorative purposes. I bought a set of 5 of these lights to use in my living room which has few outlets and no overhead lights. All 5 set to bright white were too dark to do anything. Since (like an idiot) I had already thrown away the packaging, I couldn't return it and decided to use it elsewhere.
