Comes with tools to install mufflers.

Repainting church door frames, wanted to replace door silencers with new ones. This is ideal as it comes with a special tool that makes popping out the mufflers easier. Installing mufflers without tools is a headache and I've always ripped them.

Pros
  • Proper installation also eliminates rattling and provides constant tension on doorknobs or locks
Cons
  • So far so good

Good quality and nice that it includes a tool

Good quality and nice that it includes a tool. My package only had 95 plus one defective instead of the promised 100. It probably doesn't matter, but it's annoying because we have about 25 doors, 4 each, so I have to order more now or not. Just unnecessary headaches. But I still give 4 stars because of the quality of the product.

Pros
  • Tamper protection once installed on the frame
Cons
  • unreliable

Fits well, used silicone spray to keep stem from sticking out.

They fit snugly and snugly in the holes in the frame, but that also means that if you don't insert them carefully, you can push the shaft all the way through. I quickly spritzed on some silicone spray and wiggled the rod a bit as I inserted it. None of them pierced, and they greatly improved the sound of the door closing compared to the metal frame, just as I had hoped.

Pros
  • Packed in bags of 100
Cons
  • Slightly torn
