Not very sharp out of the box

I've ordered a few different 23/32's for plywood cutting and while this one is good value it was half as sharp as other brands I've bought. Will be updated after a few months of use.

Pros
  • Straight
Cons
  • Unreliable

Don't skimp on branded bits. Don't waste your time

I bought this because it was half the price of Bosch and other branded cutters. The price difference was about $12-14. When it arrived I could tell the beat wasn't done very well. The cutting edges don't look sharp and even one of the grooves had a small dent. I also ordered a Bosch bit as a backup. Look at the image to see the difference in cut quality day and night. Both were created with the same settings. I also noticed that I could walk much slower with the Ivy bit than with the Bosch bit.

Pros
  • Cutter
Cons
  • Not sure
