Disappointing Quality, Poor Functionality

After trying this multi-channel processor controller, I'm thoroughly disappointed. The lackluster electronics leave much to be desired with a subpar build quality that feels cheap and potentially unreliable.The functionality is also a huge letdown- the controller is finicky and constantly drops connections, making the overall user experience frustrating and inconsistent. The only pro is that it's decently priced, but even that can't make up for the glaring cons. I don`t recommend this product…

Video flashes with Samsung QLED

Video was unstable on Samsung Q60T TVs. J-Tech support informed me that they had problems with other Samsung TVs. Samsung simply blamed the videowall processor for this, although the TVs had almost no video until I updated the Samsung software and other test TVs were stable. After the update it just started flashing randomly and losing signal every few minutes. I had to go back and look for other options.
