Used with elastic face mask straps. They have small tabs that can be wrapped with elastic or your choice of material. They do not have to be sewn and are securely fastened when folded. The clip itself also has a good grip.

I love these little pieces but they are very difficult to open because there isn't enough metal to open them easily. Just a bit small for a normal hand. One of the handles is shorter than the other - it needs to be longer to have a good handle.

I am very happy with my decision to buy this item. I bought these so I didn't have to sew an elastic into each of my masks. I just use alligator clips, attach a rubber band and use it over and over again. They are really good quality, not flimsy or flimsy.

They are good but not intended for what I intended to use them for which is to attach my poinsettias to the Christmas tree. There is no more room to open the clip when you want to put something in the holder part. They seem pretty strong, but I prefer the ones that have a pinch hole and are also very small.

I checked the measurements before purchasing and they are smaller than stated. The overall length is approximately 1 1/16 inches and will require small fingertips to use properly. Jaws open too small to capture one of my designs. Now I have to go back out and try to find different clips. I want them to draw this on someone's fingertip to scale it.
