Closes well, odors are not emitted

There was a problem with the previous lid that did not close well. This helped with sealing around the exhaust pipe and sealing around the entire outer edge.

Perfect for rough plumbing jobs

This is a great drip pan cover. I have a 20 1/2" cap. It fits my pan bolts perfectly. I had to line up the bolts with the holes but that was imperfections on my pallet. A small adjustment and it fits perfectly.

Complete with gasket and fittings. Entry, exit and cord points only.

Comes complete with gasket, inlet and outlet pipes and screws. Too bad the third hole (like the previous Jackel gas cap) was not given a suitable location - but fitting seems to work without the rib reinforcement that may be required.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Nothing

The water line fittings worked fine, but the radon pipe required a 3.5" hole to be drilled in the cap (the vent port was only 2"). I also installed a 4" top plate fitting that I could unscrew to look down the hole and check the float valves without removing the cover and attached plumbing. With the help of a radon fan and this cover, it was…
