Sharp, feels good in the hand, but sometimes pulls hairs out when cutting

Need quality scissors, not too big/long. It's a good size and comfortable to use (easy to fit in hand and move around, sharp). However, he sometimes pulls out hairs when cutting. This happened when I was using it and when someone else was using it.
