The most helpful thing I like about janitorial software is that it makes tracking jobs easier. It also helps with the administration side of things as well. It has a lot of features that can be used for other departments too - not just janitorial. I wish there were more options for cleaning services for customers that are outside of the US. I like how it gives me information about what my workers are doing at specific times of day as well as giving alerts for when they should be there or not. Sometimes this doesn't seem to update properly so sometimes my worker will work overtime hours with no notification until after he has already logged into his account showing the time worked! The best thing about this software for us was how easy it made our job of tracking tasks very simple! We were able track all aspects from scheduling jobs with ease through invoicing as well which saved so much time previously when we had paper copies sent out monthly or weekly via snail mail!!
