The Janome Sewist 740DC is a really easy to use, fully computerized sewing machine that is packed with so many powerful features. This machine has 40 stitches, for a variety of applications. The Sewist 740DC also offers a choice of 3 styles of one-step buttonholes. Special features include pattern elongation of up to 5 times normal length; easy set bobbin system; auto bobbin winder system no need to unthread the machine; built-in needle threader; needle up/down button; and an auto-lock stitch feature for precision locking off of stitches and patterns. The start/stop button allows you to sew without a foot control. Machine Cover Included. The Sewist 740DC also offers a choice of 3 styles of one-step buttonholes

I love this car!

Easy to use. The design is comfortable and well thought out. I've had a Viking for over 30 years and really didn't want to buy a new one. Now I wish I had done that sooner. I had interaction with the sewing center I bought from and they were sociable and professional. Good experience!

Great machine for beginners

I have been sewing for about twenty years now. I have four cars, all Janomes. I bought these because my sewing machine had a broken winder. (it's quite old) Anyway, the needle ejection feature is a must and this machine has it. It sews well. A bit louder than my other cars but I like it.

Not Happy☹️

I had this car less than a week when the wheel locked! Actually, I wouldn't walk around. Eventually brought in for repair (who immediately said it wasn't a problem, usually user error. When he looked at it he was surprised to find it was a machine - some sort of internal part. Returned to Revain over a month ago and before still not refunded! never again😡👎👎👎
