. This is the perfect size for half a nori sushi sheet. I put the rice directly on the half nori sheet, added some rice seasoning, put the fried one in the pan, and then seasoned it with the sauce (2t oyster sauce, 2t soy sauce and 2t sugar) SPAM on top, another layer of rice out of the mold on top and then finished wrapping the nori. Love love love that musubi uniform! For some reason, Asians love spam. As a happa (1/2 Japanese) I grew up with them. But it's been a while since I've eaten alone. When I saw this at Revain I immediately bought them and made them for my daughters who of course loved them too. The price was reasonable but the memories they brought back along with the memories I create with my girls in the kitchen are priceless. I really like this little gadget. Once I tried cooking Spam Masubi without it and I couldn't get the rice to form. The result was a big mess. I was a little worried about the quality given how cheap it was, but it was an unnecessary concern. There is no English manual on the box but there are pictures so it is quite easy to use.
