I was really hoping I would like this set based on a friend's recommendation. But the shampoo didn't lather as well, and what happened was a slightly sticky texture. Disappointing product

Consistency different than I'm used to; The shampoo is more liquid than gel and the conditioner is like a thick lotion in a narrow-spout bottle. They do wonders for my hair! My hair actually seems clean and very light and bouncy. I also have psoriasis and this helps clear the scales up a bit. I'm sure there is a better shampoo out there but the price suits me.

My scalp was very oily as it compensated for my super dry scalp. So, ironically, I had super dry, itchy, flaky scalp but super greasy hair. I have tried Pureology, Bondi Beach, Head and Shoulders, Aveda, Maui Humidity and many more. They all dry out the scalp and cause irritation. I've only used it ONCE and my scalp feels relieved! I used the "condition-wash-condition" method, applying just a pea sized amount to the length, then shampooed my hair, massaged the scalp for about 2 minutes, let it…

My hair is fine and thin because of the medication. I bought it because of the ingredients. Now I like to use natural things. I use aloe vera for everything skin related. But this shampoo and conditioner made my hair look flat, dull and frizzy. I just colored my hair and that's when my hair usually looks its best. I was excited to try the new conditioner so I didn't use the one that comes with the hair dye. My hair looks worse than it has in a long time. I don't "get" good reviews at all.

I have mild psoriasis on my scalp which is itchy and irritated. I have tried coal tar shampoos, dandruff shampoos, eczema shampoos etc and nothing has stopped the itching or cleared the plaque. I first used the shampoo on June 21, 2018 and my scalp stopped itching immediately. Plaques do not betray their presence by pain or itching. Thanks for the organic aloe vera shampoo and conditioner. I think this will be my shampoo and conditioner for the rest of my life. It's worth every drop!

Hair is worse after use than before, I'm not sure I can blame the shampoo but I can say I love it smell terribly disappointed ! and feeling. it was slimy. I wanted to try another flavor/type of this brand but won't do it now as I've had such a bad experience. If you don't mind gelling your hair and feel like you haven't done your job, choose this one. If like me you don't like extra fragrances, don't buy this one.

I don't know what they put in this shampoo and conditioner to change it but now they are terrible. I really should throw it away now. I don't know what else to do and it's sad because the old formula was so fantastic.

I love Jason's line of all natural shampoo and conditioners. With many natural shampoos (e.g. non-harsh sulfate shampoos) after a while I find that so much build up is left on my scalp as if it will never get completely clean. But so far I am very satisfied with Jason shampoos. No extension. Pleasantly clean hair. And the air conditioning is great too. I have curly, frizzy hair and I don't rinse out the conditioner.
