Jasper has made quite a splash with this product! I have been making tools and dies for 25 years. and daily work with close tolerances. After a test cut and measurement, the hole size was within 0.003 inch (about the thickness of a sheet of paper!). This is an amazing product at a great price!

Bought this tool to make 6 inch holes in corn hole boards. Pin hole for 5 3/4 inch diameter hole. I cut a test hole in a piece of Baltic birch plywood. This hole looked perfect. Use the alignment tool to center the drill with the template. The only problem I've had is that when I place the router on the work piece, the pivot pin falls out of the jig. I'll seal it with some silicone.
