The tank itself is perfect for what I was looking for. This is my third nanocube and I love it. Customer service is a little slow to respond to a parts request but make sure everything is fine once you deliver it.

This is my second nanocube so I already knew what to expect. I love the LED lighting on this one, but there was a problem with the switch. After a few phone calls to jbj they guaranteed a new hood but not before sending me the ballast and then the wrong hood.

The Worst Tank I've Ever Owned. I can't control the algae and resort to daily water changes and chemicals, the drain is at the top of the tank and doesn't pull the waste away. I've had nanocubes for years and this one is going in the trash. I also can't get the manufacturer to send me another tank to replace this one even though I've only had issues with it. I only have 2 fish in my tank.

This pool is absolute scrap. It broke in a corner, leaking water, resulting in the death of all fish and coral. a few thousand dollars cattle and 2 years of work and when I called customer service they said "you can buy a new tank at a discount". The tank assembly looks good but has many flaws. They only have one plug for night and daylight, so you have to turn them on and off manually. thus, it defeats the purpose of a surge protector with a built-in timer. The cap doesn't fit snugly and they don't provide enough access to the rear reservoirs. The fans are loud. After 8 months the tank started leaking.
