Great sound for the money

Installation was a bit difficult on my application (2002 Chevy Tracker), but the improvement over the original speakers is significant. I also installed a Noico muffler which helped these speakers deliver a fuller sound. They still struggle with anything below 60Hz, so I'll have to get a subwoofer at some point. Still, they can give me enough to feel the kick in rock music. Love how bright the tweeters sound, I run the crossovers at 0dB; +3dB is too bright for me. Crossovers on the door did not

Sounds good, I'm very happy with the result!

Replacement for blown front woofers in a 2005 Toyota Sequoia Limited with JBL system. I only replaced the woofers as the tweeter and midrange are fine so far. I don't know how the original woofers sound as they were already blown up when the car was bought and distorted even the smallest low tones. It goes without saying that these replacements are a huge improvement. BTW I use the original JBL amps that came with the car. They have enough power for what I need. This is one of the most efficient speakers on the market with 3 ohm impedance and 92 dB sensitivity. I didn't add an amp to a 1991 head unit that puts out only 12 watts per channel with low distortion - and with this speaker setup I don't need an amp to make it loud enough to make you scream. talk to the passenger.
