Does not come with screws.

This was a solid closet latch that I installed on the casement windows in my entryway. The previous locks didn't hold up when it got windy, but these work well.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Terrible. They don't fit well, let alone last.

Terrible. They don't lock well, let alone keep closet doors closed. I think they are for decorative purposes only. Absolute waste of time and money. Send back.

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • The list is long.

The latch is poorly made and does not work

The handle will not engage and is therefore completely non-functional. Found right after installation. Hopefully this means I don't have extra holes in my closet if I install another one.

Pros
  • Excellent Price
Cons
  • Great Price

Doesn't work well for bolts

Seems solid with nice finish but no fitting instructions - and worse, handle doesn't turn easily and spring doesn't close bolt - Had to add lube for lock with moderate amount Success - And 2 screw heads broke during installation - Now facing a much bigger dilemma/project to fix :(- Very disappointed. Will be back -

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Communicate with seller

I might recommend this for something that is rarely used but if used often.

Handle is difficult to turn but may become easier over time. However, it also uses a metal guide against a plastic part, meaning it has to wear out over a long period of time. I might recommend it for something that's rarely used, but if it's used frequently I'd look for something better. is it good for the price Hard to say. If it lasts 5 years with weekly use I'll be happy and surprised but time will tell.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Obsolete
