Before the trailer tongue was fully rotated, the steel shoulder on the wheel assembly began to deform. Collar steel should be thicker.

My height is closer to 6.25 than 6 inches. I have the wheels on my trailer and this is the nicest drawbar trailer wheel I have ever used and it rolls through the mud like a little steel wheel never could.

I know it sounds silly but I had trouble putting it on. I have to take it off when I travel. You will do it on a bumpy road. They are difficult to attach, the pen is difficult to align. I just had a hard time getting it straight while holding the steering wheel.

double wheel works great. The old swivel wheel turned sideways or in a different direction than what I needed. After playing around with it for a century, I settled on dual steering wheels. It is great! It behaves well when rolling the trailer to the tractor. Very robust and valuable.

I ordered this for use on my 2010 Aliner Classic trailer with a Ram jack with a 2" jack tube. It fits snugly on the jack tube, but the pin holes are misaligned. 1 inch from the center of the tube sheet. The turtleneck is 7/8 - 15/16" from the bottom to the center of the pin holes.

I needed to keep my little camper from dragging up the slopes. The linkage holding the wheels broke after hitting a bump. tires came off. The frame is still there and although the wheels are still intact they are lying on the side of the road. It would not drive on the road unless the car or trailer had to drive over low terrain.

Installed on my 5x10 carry on to replace an old wheel. This is a solid wheel. Fits perfectly on my 2" trailer jack. The pin has very little play so I filed the pin holes on my jack a bit to give my jack more play so the pin slides well and is quick for towing The trailer is much easier to turn and the dual castor does not dig into the ground like a single wheel.

Update: Broke after 4 months of normal use This thing is a real time saver. I tow a 12ft enclosed trailer to work and have to hitch and unhitch it multiple times each day. This allows me to match my trailer to my truck with relative ease. It's a simple design and seems pretty sturdy. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because I wish the receiver radius was smaller - there's too much travel and the wheels tilt as soon as they hit the ground.
