What You Need - Oils and Fluids

When using stainless steel on copper connectors, you must use this material. Be sure to use disposable latex/rubber/nitrile gloves when using. It's a mess at work, but you really don't have a choice. I bought a 4 ounce container and have used it very liberally and have plenty left.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Wrinkled

Not electrically conductive

I needed a product that conducts electricity to solve a grounding problem with moving parts. It wasn't the right product. As you can see in the photo, even with the 20 megohm setting, there is no conductivity. I'll be leaving a product for coating metal joints in the future, but I'm still looking for an electrically conductive grease or paste.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Protect your metal constructions!

I have used this product many times in the past and it works very well not only on stainless steel but also on stainless steel and aluminum contacts. Eliminates abrasion of threaded elements and prevents corrosion attacks. I use this bottle to assemble a ham radio antenna which is a lot of aluminum with stainless steel metal parts.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • I don't remember

Best you can get

Best you can get. I use this to cover exposed steel on water towers when we add soil for antenna systems. Approved by all my water tower customers (municipalities). Some water boards are very strict when it comes to removing paint from soil towers, but this product opens the door for that application. Works great with a stainless steel bolt/nut to prevent galling or seizing.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • I don't really like it everything is fine

This product is excellent for spark plugs and glow plugs - helps to create an excellent seal while improving the electrical connection - like Antennas, clamps etc. But I find that the extra copper in this product is great for any area showing signs of corrosion. /

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Only available in black

for years and the joints never freeze and come apart easily

This is from Sydney not Myra. I have used this product under the other name "It's Not Oil" to assemble aluminum antennas and I have exposed these antennas to rain, snow, heat, cold etc for years and the connections never freeze or loosen easily as you have invested enough and got it right from the start. Just bought another 8 ounces. That last a lifetime because things never get worse. To get.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Clarity

useful in special cases

I don't see it as an EP so much (which it certainly is, but be careful with the materials you use it on. It's not recommended with aluminum steel as it increases galvanic corrosion! I use it in the automotive industry). electrical connections such as a battery clip for clamping or crimping wire lugs (a very small piece!). I have no idea of its capabilities in other applications. I wouldn't use it in copper-aluminum wire bonds - the best candidate for galvanic corrosion, and all of this I think…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
