works but not for small box

They work, but not very thin. I installed them for a closet and some drawers. This worked for two of my boxes. Top drawer (and smallest drawer) I couldn't put them on the side or top of the drawer because the drawer was too small to hold this item. There were metal railings at the top that kept the snaps from laying flat. . So I had to buy a normal train for this box. Kind of giving up the idea of making all those drawers look smooth with no drawers.

Pros
  • Self-adhesive installation: aluminum alloy body, stronger and more durable. You can install the drawer latch without drilling screw holes with the included adhesive (comes in red and white and will be sent at random). Also supplied with mounting screws. Install two elliptical holes first to adjust the spot according to the clasp. This way you don't have to worry about the difficulty of determining the exact position of the mount.

The first latch is broken and parts are scattered around the room

The springs in these latches are no joke, they should be able to push a heavier door or drawer with enough force. Unfortunately, the plastic plunger in this particular latch didn't retain the same amount of force. When I took the first latch out of the box and pushed/released the plunger to test it, the spring shot the plunger through space. After collecting all the parts, I noticed that the butt had broken in two at the base. I assumed this gap caused the plunger to fly out of the bolt body…

These push-to-open fasteners have a large footprint.

I used these latches on my pantry doors when I replaced the original double doors with flat ones. These latches have sufficient retraction length to push the door far enough to grab the edge. These are 1 3/8" hollow core interior doors. I am very happy with the latches, they would be even better if they had slightly stronger magnets to hold the door in place, but they work fine as long as there are no sticky hinges or otherwise There are obstacles that open the door.Jiayi's customer service is…

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Piston/Spring: The larger, thicker heavy duty spring mechanism has enough tension to make this push rod an exceptionally durable and timeless choice. Ensure a lifespan of up to 20,000 times.

Frustrating, Difficult to Assemble/Install, Drawer Won't Open

This product just doesn't work. The adhesive came loose on the first attempt to assemble the product. I've tried using it with a drawer, first with one, then with two latches - to no avail. At best the drawer opened, but only less than half an inch, the latch doesn't push the drawer door with the force it works in the hand. Positioning was also very difficult - the instructions suggest 2-3mm by eye but doesn't really explain what part of the latch to put and where to put it. I also tried…
