Not what I thought. Will not hold a regular smooth roll of film in the spool holder. The only option is to drop it in, but it still works. Looks good on the wall. The rubber feet that needed to be installed for counter use were NOT included. It had mounting holes on the top of the unit so you could mount it under a cabinet, which would look best. I had to wall mount it so all 4 holes on the top of this thing are exposed making it CHEAP. 4 small white plastic plugs would make the difference. My old model finally died after many years so I tried one of the ones on the counter and couldn't take the hassle or the lack of counter space. I thought I would save some money but it just really annoyed me. I love having an on the counter dispenser and I will never go back to one that is on the counter or in a drawer.
