This program really helped with our staffing needs at my current employer! The system was easy enough that I could learn it quickly which made us more productive in less time than any other solution we tried before using this one!! There were no downsides as far what i know of so if you're looking into an Applicant Tracking System then definitely give them some consideration because they have done all their work well here. The best thing about this program was that I could track everything in one spot instead of looking through multiple programs. Sometimes it would take longer than expected to load certain sites but overall not too bad! As an employee with multiple employers in my career, I have learned not only how useful this program can be when used correctly but also that each program has it's own set of strengths and weaknesses. This one does what we need it to do well. I wish there was more functionality for our department, however, they are working hard to make improvements daily!
