Jodocus Review

The tool has been very user friendly as it is easy to use for both beginners and advanced users alike, with its simple interface anyone can learn how to navigate easily through this software. I have found nothing that could be improved by now; however i would like more customization options so we are able to add our own fields or customize them even further if needed. The ability to create maps that are interactive, easy to use, and very informative. I am able to share maps with my team members so they can easily see where we need to improve our processes. It is also really helpful when creating new process flows. Sometimes it takes time for me to upload the data, but once it's done, it works flawlessly.
