When running it gets wet from my exhalation so I have to twist it to make it fit. It's easy to breathe, even when damp, and it doesn't catch stale air on my face. Unfortunately it's too small for my head and falls on my face about 10 minutes after running so I plan on picking it up to see if it helps. I wish they would offer a smaller size option as I am a smaller woman but it will probably work for men or women with larger heads. Not recommended for children due to size.

I bought these for my teenage girl because she walks about 1 mile to school. Teens don't want anything cold or warm, but most importantly, they don't want bulk. She's ready to leave the house with her face covered and when she gets to school she can pull it off and it will be barely visible around her neck until she can take it off and just put it in her backpack.
