Terrible fabric like an airplane blanket

It feels like this robe is made from LINT yarn! It's an awful feeling that literally lists when you run your fingers over it. It is very light and seems to break at the slightest pull. Feels VERY cheap! I wanted a good heavyweight winter coat but this is not it. This robe is like a blanket on an airplane.

Pros
  • My husband loves this bathrobe. It fits well, warm, comfortable and attractive. What more do you want?
Cons
  • Heavy weight

Nice robe but check the quality

Bought L/XL for my 15 year old who is 6ft 2" and 190lbs. It suits him well and we both love the colors. It's soft and medium weight for warmth (not too heavy and not too light). "I wore it in the shower almost every day and also at night when he plays video games. One thing to check though - ours came with a hole in the pocket! I will be hand sewing it to avoid the awkwardness Returned but really needs better quality control! Deducted one star for a hole but otherwise a good robe.

Pros
  • The bathrobe is very comfortable. My husband is 6ft 3in and the length is perfect.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other robes on the market

Perfect fit and soft!

Ordered size L/XL for my husband. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 195 pounds. It fits his big belly perfectly and is about mid-calf long. If it were a few inches longer, it would be too long. The sleeves are about 2 cm longer. but easy to fold. The material is flannel fleece I would say, very soft, medium weight, not too thin and not too thick. Haven't washed it yet but I expect it to wash/dry well and have little to no shrinkage.

Pros
  • Not soft but a little fluffy after washing. Bought as/m for a teenager, fits well. The length is good, about mid/top of the calf.
Cons
  • The fabric looks cheap and very abrasive, not recommended

Strange stuff suits me

size just right. My husband is 200 pounds and we ordered a large and it looks like it will fit perfectly. It's a soft robe but the fabric feels cheap. I like its softness, but at the same time rudeness. I'm not sure how to explain it.

Pros
  • Well-made material for a bathrobe is like a soft towel of a great winter bathrobe.
Cons
  • May be impractical for travel due to its bulkiness.

Cheap material and too much static cling to clothing.

Fleece has too much static electricity. The warning says keep away from flames as most materials are not fireproof, this one gave me a bad feeling.

Pros
  • Very warm but heavy. Could have gone with a bigger one for a better fit.
Cons
  • Cannot have pockets for practical reasons

The perfect gift. Same as described

perfect size Very soft and warm but not heavy. The colors are great too. No shrinkage after washing. I dried it for about 5 minutes and hung it up to finish drying.

Pros
  • Very satisfied
Cons
  • The product looks and feels nice, but after one wash there was a huge hole in the armpit where the seams were.

the material is very strange

It felt cheap, chewy, and like it had some synthetic residue in it. At first I thought maybe it was because it was kept in a plastic bag and after washing it will get better. However, I chose not to wash it, thinking I had never felt such material in a store-bought. I wouldn't even think about leaving the store with something like that. Definitely doesn't work on my skin! Very disappointed and felt that the price did not reflect the quality of the product or the reviews.

Pros
  • Bought a bathrobe for my husband. He is very happy with the color and says the robe is very comfortable.
Cons
  • May not be thick enough to keep you warm in extreme cold.

husband loves it! Excellent quality, fit and finish.

Nice and soft, fits well. Ideal for walking the dogs outside at night. Good length and not too baggy. Lightweight but warmer than flannel. The colors are rich and flattering. Five stars!

Pros
  • Very soft, beautiful and good quality. Sits great, below the knees.
Cons
  • Color may bleed when washed

Pretty nice robe / color variation

Nice coat for your money. The color of the bathrobe I received is not exactly the same as the photo. The robe I received was a mix of blue, black and brown, not just the blue and black shown in the ad. But the robe was a little heavier than the fleece than I expected (and warmer), so I'll let the color variations slip through. I like the robe.

Pros
  • A great gift for my son in law who always wears robes. soft fabric.
Cons
  • May not provide adequate coverage for modesty purposes

Fits as expected with Sleep & Lounge

Firstrobe I bought this to match in every way. Bought xx large as I'm 6ft 270ft and have a good sized gut. However, the tie was long enough to be knotted and long enough to be easily untied. The handcuffs caught my wrists and the lower part dropped to halfway down my calf. It's very practical and the pockets are big enough to carry things around the house. In addition, the belt does not block access to the pockets. Now I'm going to be the guy in the bathrobe this winter.

Mediocre fleece robe - I've had better

This robe isn't bad, but it's not as good as I was hoping. Although I like the color pattern, it looks a little more boring than the pictures on the web. Also, the seating position feels a bit awkward, which is hard to describe, and doesn't look very flattering. Fleece will definitely be warm in winter, but this particular type of fleece isn't the softest and plushest - it has a tight, non-breathable flannel feel that I don't really like. Fan. Sizing barely seems to fit my 6ft 1in height; the…

Fits like a perfect size bathrobe!

I am 6ft 1in tall, weigh 200lbs, 42in chest and 35in waist (although I wear 33/30 pants). I received a large blue flannel fleece robe from John Christian. This article suits me better than I thought. It's very soft and warm and I'm looking forward to it, hopefully for many years to come. It ends about 6 inches below my knees which is perfect. The sleeves are the perfect length and the pockets are below the waist belt. I've seen some reviews about the hip belt getting in the way of the pockets…

Gift for my husband

I bought this for my husband when he was due for surgery with a hospital stay of over 2 weeks. His old dressing gown is a terry cloth robe, very thick and heavy, but not at all comfortable. This robe is soft and cozy, just what I wanted (it gets cold fast and we all know how cold hospitals and doctor's offices can be). It's a good weight, not too heavy (or warm) but not too light either. It feels like a fleece blanket sewn into a bathrobe, which is exactly what I wanted. After a warm wash (with
