First of all I agree with the reviewers who say it's thinner than most shampoos/conditioners and has a really strong scent but none of these are a deal breaker for me IF! The product works, I am happy to say that this product works. One reviewer said that no matter how hard she tried to rinse her hair, she didn't feel like the product was washing out of her hair. As a short hair guy I didn't expect to see a big difference but I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. I've used this in addition to a one time shower and then both for the past few weeks. I would say my hair lightens naturally in the sun and it gave me about a shade and no more. I think in the future I will avoid possible hair damage and just let the sun work on me.

This is a great product for those who want to enhance their natural color but don't want to enslave themselves to the time and expense of a salon chair. I almost don't believe it but the stuff really works. My hair is medium brown with about 50% grey. After just three washes, the gray had turned a golden brown color and almost completely faded into the darker brown. The gray now looks like nice highlights. This color in the cabin did not work!

I use this product twice a month between Carol's Daughter products. Over time it brought out my natural highlights and then enhanced them. I love hair extensions without damage and the high cost of going to a beauty salon.

I bought this to even out my hair color due to an old color. It worked and my hairdresser even complimented me on my colour.

After years of dying my hair and due to COVID-19 (not going to the hairdresser) I have decided to let my hair grow out and to mine return to original color. My hair grew back but it was very dark while being a natural blonde before using all kinds of dyes. It lightened my dark brown hair and now I have light brown hair with golden blonde undertones. It took me about 6 washes to notice the difference and it's still working. I also use conditioner and my hair is soft and silky.

Shampoo lightens the hair but dries it a little. The conditioner makes my hair soft and I love the smell of it. Causes some copper tinge and I would not recommend using it on newly colored hair.
