This is a great product for those who want to enhance their natural color but don't want to enslave themselves to the time and expense of a salon chair. I started using this product before I started going gray to add very subtle highlights to my dark brown hair. Now that I'm going gray, part of my strategy (along with John Frieda's glowing glaze) is to better blend my grays so I can age gracefully, again without the expense of endlessly battling nature. I use these products every day and my hair is strong and healthy. Just be aware that these products offer subtle improvement. They are not intended to change hair color.
