OMG this is the BEST HAIR TOOL for layered cutting! I recently cut my hair (3 layers in the back and 2 in the front) because I liked how it looked on others. Understood, tried and switched on. The air that came out was so low and so high that it couldn't dry a single strand of hair. I tried anyway and nothing. It's useless junk. I contacted Revain and was told that a refund is not possible. I protested and told the Revain it was defective and they refunded my money. I'm blown away by all the positive reviews and thankful to have received a refund.

The first one I received had someone else's hair, so it's understandable that this is disappointed. I originally ordered a 1.5" barrel, thinking that diameter would include both fan and bristles . "Diameter, which is a huge circumference for my 6" length.
