The glove does a great job removing dirt from my car. The trap allows the removed dirt and sediment to return to the car after the glove is rinsed.

I add this to every 5 gallon bucket I own at Lowe's, Home Depot, Port Freight, Atwood's, Tractor Supply and various paint and hydraulic fluid buckets. It fits into everyone with no problem. I like places that sell buckets and sand protects other products, but there's no reason to overpay for a bucket with a name on it.

I was a little "nervous" about this purchase thinking I was spending $14 on something that didn't fit in my bucket. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the perfect fit. The glove looks high quality too. I've looked at many options on this site and figured I should just buy a full wash bucket with a sand protection pack. But honestly, a combo for what I consider to be an astronomical price. It seemed like a good game and it paid off!

I bought 2 of these and 2 Home Depot 5 gallon buckets for $3 and it was impossible. happy with my 2 car wash buckets. The sand liner does NOT fit snugly into the bottom of the HD bucket, but neither does it float. I agree, but if you want a tight fit you can just take a center punch to a hardware store and try it out. The sand insert has a 5 finger design that is easy to remove and does a great job of keeping mud off your vehicle. I saved a ton of dollars with this setup and am very happy!
