Works well in my home practice room

I kept running my chair into cables and wrecking them. I looked at many affordable wireless guitar systems and settled on this Joyo system. After receiving them, I fully charged the transmitter and receiver before using them. Once charged, I turned them on and plugged them in. They stuck almost instantly and were ready to use within seconds. The transmitter went well with my Strat and SG. I don't have guitars with weirdly cut off input jacks, so plugging them in is not a problem. The receiver…

Pros
  • Long Battery Life - The built-in lithium battery lasts over 8 hours on a full charge - enough to enjoy the cordless world during your performance.

Great wireless system for the price

I have a Boss WL-50 and used it for comparison ( Note that the Boss system is $220 versus $50 for Joyo) and was really impressed. The range of this system, ease of use, etc. is on par with Boss. The only downside I had to tuning the Joyo is the little white noise that comes out when you actually play the instrument. You can hear it well when I pass the bass through my Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 or AG 700, ie bass through a quiet solid state amplifier. When I ran the guitar through my Sonzera 20…

Pros
  • User friendly - reversible USB cable can charge transmitter and receiver simultaneously, easily switch between 4 signal channels
Cons
  • Not bad but...

One thing I've learned is that not all cables are created equal, and I've always found myself more frustrated with poor cable connections, hum, disconnects, and the occasional cable failure (almost avoiding disaster). I decided to try these newfangled wireless transmitters. I first bought the Ammoon brand (also from Revain) but they seemed cheap to me so I decided to give JOYO a try. This…
