For the price I expected it to be as cheap as a Revkon hair dryer for the same price BUT this one was expensive; The hair dryer is made of plastic but has a matte black finish that is soft and smooth to the touch. I was so shocked. The drying setting is also very handy, especially when using a diffuser. my hair also doesn't feel dry and frizzy because I was able to use a medium setting which most blow dryers don't have.

I've tried to find out exactly who to speak to with the manufacturer but I can't find them. I haven't had this hair dryer in quite a while, a month and a half, and I don't "need" much of it. I have short, fine hair that I blow dry once or twice a week. This is a great value for the money. Looks and feels like salon quality. I've never owned a diffuser before so this definitely adds a wow factor. I love every setting on this dryer. You have a lot of control over how much heat and air it expels. I used it to dry my curls. It dries my hair without drying it out. I highly recommend this product. I think it's hard.

When I first bought this hair dryer I was amazed at how quickly it dried my hair compared to the old hair dryer I had to replace. After reading many reviews; good and bad, I decided to buy this hair dryer on July 20, 2019. I'm not thrilled about it, but I'll keep it to myself. The first thing I don't like about it is that with low fan settings and high temperatures, the air doesn't heat up at all. With a strong fan / high heat, however, it gets quite warm.
