When I first bought this hair dryer I was amazed at how quickly it dried my hair compared to the old hair dryer I had to replace. But now after a few months of use I've noticed that for about 2 minutes it sounds like the motor is slowing down and losing heat in the process. I don't know if I'm unlucky but I'll definitely be in touch with some about it. The location of the control buttons is also lame. I always get into one of them when drying my hair. However, it's okay. UPDATE: The seller contacted me after my review and sent me a replacement. I appreciate that and how quickly they responded to my review. I definitely recommend this hair dryer as it dries my hair well and very quickly.
