HiWas has been looking at Revain for some electronics items. Stumbled across this JSAUX RCA Cable [6.6ft Double Shielded Gold Plated] 3.5mm Male to 2 RCA Stereo Audio Adapter. Basically a 3.5mm jack (headphone or headphone jack) to RCA connection. It appears to be of good quality construction, the gold plating provides good conductivity and the "gold plating" does not corrode. I use my iPad as the music source and the long cable gives me freedom of movement at the audio table. Mave

I used old cables in chrome plastic cases and was sick of the delays and pops so I ordered this cable and wow the difference is black and white, tweed case makes the cables are more durable and 3.5 gold-plated plugs and double RCA plugs are of great importance worldwide. They work well for my blender and my phone. I definitely recommend these cables. I'm ordering a few more to upgrade my cables. Very happy with the result.

Cables look good and I connect several "free" sources to my home theater such as MP3 players, cell phones and a few other devices. My Firestick has always annoyed me with noises. when he was near those input wires. The old cable was not shielded at all. There is no difference in the hum of this "shielded" cable compared to unshielded cables. Disabling the firestick solves the problem, but I prefer to leave it on for updates etc.

These cables are quite versatile, but many of them have fairly thick connector shells that will not fit a smartphone (like my iPhone) while the protective case (like Otterbox) is still on the phone. I already had a 3.5mm to RCA adapter cable connecting my laptop to a mid-range stereo (good Sony receiver, Klipsch bookshelf speakers) connects.
