Easy System with Excellent Customer Service

Jtech is easy to use and the customer care is excellent. They have been a big help to us on our food cost. They are always available for us and are willing to help. I have not found any dislikes. They do not charge a lot to get started and I would highly recommend them to other restaurants. We have seen a big difference in our food cost and profits. The ability to have a system in place that is easy to use, and is reliable. The customer service is excellent. There are many features that I have…

Very Easy and Straightforward Software

It's easy for me as an owner of my business with limited computer knowledge - I can navigate it myself! There are many options within this system but they need more tutorials/guides available online which could be easily done by their customer service department or maybe even some articles written about how best practices work in order using these features? Also there should probably also have training videos made so we don't feel like our own employees when working through certain functions…
