    Terrible packaging, necklace was hopelessly tied

    chain as shown. The pendant is pleasantly heavy and feels smooth. My biggest complaint and biggest disappointment is that the packaging was terrible. an hour to fix it. That takes a lot of time and is annoying.

    The product arrived in about a month (much later than the expected date). There was no clasp when it arrived. It is impossible to actually wear a necklace.

    Terrible in every way, the product was not put in a jewelry box, there the item had knots on the chain, this item should have been put in a box, common sense is cute, but not satisfied with the purchase. Truth.
