Used and missing parts

The box looked like it had been opened before. 3 washers were missing, I had to go to a hardware store. Uncomfortable. Overall the trolley was exactly what we wanted and works well.

Used trolley received with parts missing

Packaging is torn, wheels are in used condition, key to assembly is missing. The shopping cart could not be retrieved. I had to buy a key for $35. Missing screws, scratches on the surface of the car.

Good platform truck

Good simple platform truck. Very useful and durable. Can be a bit wide for narrow corridors and tight corners. The deck is quite non-slip. As another user pointed out, I placed the swivels on the opposite side of the mounting direction for easier control when sliding. Be careful when loading into a vehicle as it has some weight.
