This filter does the job but is expensive and doesn't last long, we have an express or two a day and 2-3 cappuccinos and less last more than 45 days. I wish other 3rd party brands were cheaper otherwise they would lower the price.

This seller is a scammer. These are bait filters. These are NOT 72629 filters as stated on the packaging. Once you open the package, the filters are not compatible, older than 71793! DO NOT BUY THESE FILTERS! They are NOT compatible with Jura S8. Mine almost broke.

No problem to replace the expired original. Ease of installation. Judging by the packaging, it looked the same as it did in the box when I bought the E8. Perfect fit for my E8 white coffee maker. Just expensive, but I don't want to ruin my expensive coffee maker.

3 stars for working with my car. One star deduction for the price. We've been using them for about 1.5 months, so that's about $170 a year for filters. We have decided not to use them anymore - trust our Brita filtered water and use descaling tablets from time to time.

Do not purchase this product if you want a genuine Clearyl Smart Water Filter as the seller is replacing the European filter (Claris) AND incorrectly labeling the packaging with the Clearyl label. This is a classic lure and switch. The same issue was noted by the buyer in the 11/19/18 review. I made sure with Yura that using a European filter on my J6 could seriously damage the car.

Clearyl filters purchased but renamed Clearyl CLARIS filters supplied. CLARIS filters are not sold in the US, making CLARIS filters a "grey market". Because Jura espresso machines with smart filters read the part number from the RFID chip, the machine forces you to descale. This defeats the whole reason for using these filters because now you also need to buy a descaling solution.
