Jura 71793 Filter Cartridge Claris/Clearyl Smart - 3 Filter: Optimize Water Quality for Better Coffee Brewing Review

Just tested our first filter after 60 days of use. This is calibrated to be replaced depending on the hardness of your water. We have Yura E8.

Claris is the European version of the Jura filter and Clearyl SMART is what you need for your US JURA model. I have an E8 and they didn't fit.

Yura informed me that the filters sold to me are not approved for the American product. The car will not work with them. Seems to me they screwed it up like "closed the return window" despite not being able to test the cartridge in the machine until the previous one wore out.

Media failed to load. My filters were damp in their packaging and you can tell the filters are in use as the outside of the filter is dirty with marks and stains. I'm reporting this to Revane. The crazy thing is that I placed another order with a different seller but ended up with the same seller with a different package. I have a stomach virus. I have turned them over to the health department for inspection as they have clearly been used and I now feel my machine has been compromised.

I tried to install them on my new Jura D6 but they don't work. The machine starts a continuous rinsing cycle of the new filter ("open valve”, "close valve”, "open valve”). I called legal support in the US and they told me the problem was that they were Claris Smart Filters. Only Clearyl Smart Filters work with Jura D6. The product description for them is wrong. Unfortunately, I'm already 3 days past the return window. Maybe a good product but the product description is wrong.
