They look great when you know how to put them on correctly. I would have liked more detailed instructions in the packaging. You will definitely need tweezers to get a good grip on the sticker after soaking it in water. The first time I applied this I forgot to apply a top clear coat. The sticker faded within a few hours. This is good value for money. It takes practice to apply the sticker correctly.

First of all, applying water transfer decals is an art. You need tweezers. Also, only do this one at a time (don't dip more than one at a time. They don't come with instructions, so I'll give a few. 1). Pour a few tablespoons of warm water into a small plate or bottle cap. 2) Carefully cut out the pattern you want. 3) Use tweezers to hold the corner of the backing paper, 4) Immerse it in the water for 3 seconds (don't let go). I'm a bit disappointed in them. Many flowers look like nothing more than patches of color. A few details about her. Others are so detailed yet so small that they still seem no more than a dab of paint on my fingernail. So easy and so much fun! The only reason I got 3 stars was that some of the sheets were printed upside down so I had to transfer the image to my fingertips first and then my nail. It was easy, but I had to spend a few to figure out which ones were pointing in the right direction. But hey, for $3 or so you can't go wrong! Oh, and they hold up great!

They take me back to my childhood. I wanted to do something special for my daughter's 3rd birthday so I painted her little nails and tattoos. Don't forget to apply a double polish.
