The largest selection and AAA batteries

The product arrived quickly in good condition. I've tried it, it seems to work fine. It has a nice body, an extra set of batteries, and easily customizable controls. I love that it runs on AAA batteries (not for watches) and has a wide range of torque settings (12 ft lbs-250 ft lbs). The only downside is that the battery compartment is held in place by 4 small screws, how much of this downside depends on how often you use it and how long the batteries last.

  • Cool product

Accurate, easy to use

As the name suggests, it is accurate, easy to use and learn. It's sensitive. Starts reading as soon as there is pressure. The LEDs are handy, but be careful, you'll need to slow down when the yellow/orange light comes on. I think it's about 5 pounds over the limit, but you can easily exceed it if you let it run. A bit pricey for what it does - compared to old wrenches. We'll have to see how well it holds up over the long term, but historically I don't use torque wrenches too much so it should…

Great dynamometer, some caveats

This is a great dynamometer with a wide torque range. The digital screen will show torque below 5 in-lbs. Minimum so hopefully this will answer some questions and it was accurate compared to another dyno driver I had. However, I decided to return it because I was reaching for a different T-bar dyno driver. Attempting to tighten something greater than 45 in-lbs. With that, it's really difficult without fear of damaging the digital screen when using it as a grip lever. Overall I would recommend…

Best hand tool for every penny

I bought this to check the calibration of the Harbor Freight click torque wrench. Both were only a few pounds apart, which I took as a good sign. It's easy to use and unlike other battery powered torque wrenches I've used, this one uses larger batteries which means it won't run out of battery power. (This shouldn't be a problem, so I'm not sure why other products use tiny batteries that only tighten one eyelet.) Anyway, if you've tried other digital torque wrenches and had the same experience…

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Initial reaction and testing

I love the packaging of this product. The case is well made and contains everything you need to use this adapter as shown in the photo. The instructions are pretty good and easy to use. But is it accurate? I tested this with two fairly new Neiko Pros and a 15 year old Precision Industries torque wrench. Accuracy within 1.5 percent. To my surprise, Precision Instruments accuracy was 10 ft/lbs on all planes. It's easily adjustable and I was able to set it to read + or - 1 ft/lb at all levels…

Good almost great in wrenches

I bought this torque adapter at a special Black Friday price because it's compact and easy to carry. Overall I'm happy with it for the under $50 price as I also have a couple of good full size torque wrenches it seems to be on par with them in my limited testing it's definitely lighter and smaller which is the main reason why i bought it i just want to make its carrying case a bit more compact. .Now the good and the bad, I like the color coded LED display and the progressive beep as you…
