Good quality multi amino acid supplement

I have been using this product for over 25 years or have known it. I've been using something else for a while but it hasn't given me the same results.

Pros
  • Vitamins
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen

They are very good

I have used them before. You are very good. These are large horse limestone tablets. I grind them up in a mortar and pestle and add this dust to oatmeal. I must miss some of the things they offer as I feel the difference in my health almost immediately. Our local natural pharmacy, specializing in natural health and healing products, sells the same size bottle for double the price, so a good deal.

Pros
  • Health and household
Cons
  • Expensive

Compare ingredients/amounts with others.

I don't need to buy/try them to know they are of poor quality compared to what others use/use. Magnesium oxide is used here. Even cheaper ones contain more different types of amino acids (usually 15-20), minerals (not counting magnesium/zinc/calcium etc) and many more of them too. Minerals and amions are fine, but if you're looking for quality amino acids, this isn't it. to supplement essential amino acids.

Pros
  • Multivitamins
Cons
  • There are new competitors
