Software could be better

I was very pleased to receive this product on time with fast shipping. But the excitement lasted only a few minutes. The motion sensor is very easy to set up. The product definitely makes a robust impression for the price. Below are the things I hated: 1. Armor Time! - Yes, it's good to have a mandatory 5-minute activation time when going to bed and such. However, if you are in a hurry to leave home and activate your system, you will have to wait 5 minutes for it to activate. Yes, you could arm

Unusable system and inefficient customer service

Installation was SUPER easy. Sensors work well, not perfect. Customer service was great. However, the siren system and control panel need improvement. The siren field is the worst part of this system. First, it's not very noisy. When the TV is on upstairs, you hardly hear the siren downstairs. When it's off and you're upstairs, it's still quieter than a vacuum. If you stand next to the siren, again not very loud. It should be loud enough that you can't be near it, and you should be able to hear

Overall great security system, excited about new products

I have only positive things to say about Kangaroo. First, their application and delivery times are reliable. The instillation is easy, there were no problems. The device itself is very good, I like the look, quite small and the sticker is modern but catches the eye of burglars. The pet opt-out technology worked for me and I love how it even shows you how to install it in the app setup. The app is really simple (in a good way) and modern.
