Didn't work for me and my new Nikon D810. It worked fine for an hour and then went off. I tried again a few hours later and it worked again, but only for 15 minutes this time. I've been using it for over 3 years now. Works perfectly. My dear D850 never overheats when I use it day and night. It offers the same performance as the Nikon version. Some reviewers claim that this will damage your camera as Nikon batteries are 7.2V which is 9V 4.5A. But what they don't understand is that Nikon's OEM is also 9V 4.5A, so obviously they don't know and are just guessing. I would deduct half a star if possible for several reasons.
