Not suitable for AT&T P102, P103

The product description says it will replace AT&T P103 but they don't fit properly. It is not tight and does not come into contact with the metal contact strips inside the battery holder. I have returned my purchase. I give Revain 5 stars for customer service!

Pros
  • Finally bought

So far so great!: Batteries

Arrived quickly and earlier than promised. Perfect fit for my VTech CS5119 wearable kit (EP5995/102/103). Arrived partially charged for immediate use. Let's see how long that lasts because I've upgraded to 1000mAh from the 800mAh that originally came with the phone. If anything changes I will add or edit this review.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Very expensive

Good battery but too loose in AT&T phone

Batteries worked well but. They didn't fit snugly on the AT&T phone - I had to use toothpicks to secure them - when you charge the phone the battery makes no contact. This is the exact same battery we ordered a few months ago and it fits perfectly - something has changed in the specs.

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

As other reviewers have pointed out, this battery was too much.

As other reviewers noted, this battery was too short to reach the terminals. I had to stick a piece of toothpick between the bottom of the battery and the phone for the phone to work. I have replaced the battery with another brand before and it fit perfectly, but with a toothpick this battery works.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • No insurance

The battery capacity is large and a real improvement over the standard that comes with ATT handsets. However, this battery seems to be a bit shorter, which is enough not to touch the handset's contacts. I had to push a few pieces of material into the bottom of the tray to make it touch.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Approximately

Worst Batteries

Bought 4 of these, one for each of the 4 phones. I don't think these batteries ever produced more than 200mah even though they claim 1000mah. One of them just stopped loading and became completely unusable after 2 months. The other three never reached the standards of the previous 800mah batteries that I replaced the original batteries with 5 years ago. We used to be able to talk about them for a few hours. I don't remember spending more than half an hour on it. I would give zero stars if it…

Pros
  • Fading as all before

AT&T Cordless Handset Phone Replacement Batteries

My AT&T cordless handheld phone supports this battery, but I had to make an extra cardboard wedge to push it high enough to stay connected and keep the battery well charged. This has happened with every AT&T recommended replacement for this model, so it's NOT Kastar's fault. We'll have to wait and see how well they charge and stay charged, and how long they last. I have 5 separate laptops of the same model for different parts of the house and my goal is to just give people my cell phone number…

  • Brilliantly Made

Charging is ok but almost too low

This battery is too small to be used. I ordered them based on the 102/103 battery listed for our AT&T phones. The last ones we ordered came with a little rubber pad (like the original NiCd batteries to fill the small space on the back and also make good contact with the phone). Batteries, they still didn't fit. I had to cut and fold the business card on the back to ensure good contact between batteries and phones. seem to hold a charge well. They didn't get 5 stars because they were made to the
