    birds love it! suitable for bird feeders

    Birds love this bird feeder, but so do squirrels! A group of squirrels in my yard repeatedly took off their sock and feasted before the birds could enjoy!

    Great buy - great sock!

    the sock is excellent - allows the birds to get to the seed! And unlike other pre-filled socks I've bought, this seed is fresh and the birds LOVE it. (I had to charge it twice in the month I've had it.)

    Don't waste money.

    It was a shock. Terribly thin material, terribly finished and the holes are too big. Thistle is expensive so I want it in a sock, not anywhere on earth and not gone with the wind! Too bad I couldn't find one as I had a strong thick material.

    not a very good buy

    These bags of bird seed were inferior to others we've had. They are easily pierced, and the seeds fall to the ground. We have also found that our goldfinches do not like this brand. Thrown away - thrown away and bought at the local shop as we have always done in the past - much better and cheaper.

    I like finches and small birds

    I feed the birds in winter because I feel sorry for them in the cold and snow. Most of my feeders are lard, but I decided to add some variety to the buffet this year. This sock seems to be a hit. I watch little birds sit and peck at it all day, so I think they should enjoy it too.

    Well, the finches can give it 5 stars.

    Before I opened the outer plastic bag, I saw a lot of seeds floating on the outside of the sock, but I thought some of them might fly out of the mesh holes. However, when I opened it, there was a large hole in the side of the sock from which the thistles spilled. Most likely, this damage did not occur during transport, but during manufacture. I scattered what I could salvage on the ground outside. I hasten to add, Revain was quick to reimburse and I didn't have to return the torn remains.
