I appreciated the fact that this unit could be adjusted front to back as the case was not square BUT the instructions were not written in English and the pictograms were misleading.

Love it - very easy to install and was the perfect solution to our shoe storage problem. I installed them a year ago and they didn't even move with a lot of heavy boots and shoes. I just wish they were cheaper!

I was surprised at how strong they are. I have a narrow cupboard for brooms and use it as a pantry instead. I've stacked flour, pet food, cereal, canned food, etc. and it hasn't fallen off. The only thing I would like is to buy additional small plates to put on extensions.

Okay so that was for the odd spot at the bottom of the floor to ceiling built in narrow linen closet. The original bottom shelf is about 20 inches off the floor and this leaves a lot of dead space when placing items directly on the cabinet bottom. The case also opens significantly to the right as you step through the 18-inch case opening. Strange shape and difficult to work with. Here is the shelf.
